not able to access phpmyadmin or any php file by ip address

Hello
i have install latest WAMP server on my pc every thing is working by localhost but i am not able to access it by ip address in my pc and from other pc

Your server may be set offline, a new feature of the lastest WAMP package. If offline, you can access it only from localhost, as you are experiencing. This is the installation default. To bring it online, open the WAMP control menu and select the 'Put Online' menu item near the bottom of the menu. When Apache is restarted, it should be accessible using your IP address instead of localhost.
