I've been developing in PHP using wamp as my localhost and everything was fine until last night when suddenly my code wouldn't run in my browser.

this is the message which gets written into the erro log each time I try to load the page (with different child #'s):

Does anyone out there know what this means and how to help?

are you getting any kind of error codes? have you changed or edited anything in your httpd.conf file or your php.ini file?
