hello i have an WAMP5 server on my pc but the php does'nt work wat must i do so that de php works

i dont get it it's to hard could jou explain me how i get php working i have php 2.9

So you don't use wampserver at all cause wampserver comes with php 5 and add-on 4? My post for people install and use wampserver only. I suggest you should download it from the main page; however, If you get the problem to download from sourceforge, check this post:

to make php work you need to make sure you follow a few steps correctly. first make sure apache is running, or it will not parse your php code. also, make sure you put all your website files (html, php, css, images, etc) in your c:\wamp\www folder where apache expects to find them. to access your files in your webbrowser, use [localhost] or [127.0.0.1]

if you still cannot get php to work, let me know and if you are getting any kind of error message or errorcode, and also post the last 20 lines of your apache error log.
