So you want to use your ip or domain name. If using ip, since you have static one, just type your ip in browser. Just make sure disable windows firewall, enable port 80 in 3-party firewall (i.e Norton, McAfee), and port forward in router.

Hope this help.

I did but it says access restricted. Port 80 is enabled and in the http.conf file I set server name to 192.168.1.102:80

Did you put your server in online mode through tray icon yet? If not, do it then post back here.

Hope this help

I'm having a problem getting it live. It's activated in the tray menu. I am using a Dynamic IP with my D-Link router. How to I go about opening ports up and such to connect? Do I use my ISP's IP or the routers as I see in other threads their IPs are 192.168.....

After trying: [192.168.0.100]

it seems to work but I must be the only one able to see this, right?

Thanks for the help.

All router has section PortForward and for example, your computer with installed wampserver has ip 192.168.0.100, the setup similar like this:

Service name: HTTP
Start port: 80
End port: 80
Server ip address: 192.168.0.100

Then when you type in your web ip, for example: 100.197.56.74 (get your web ip by [www.whereismyip.com]), you should see your site.

Hope this help
