Apache and PHP CLI crash on wamp 1.6.4

After I upgraded to wamp 1.6.4 I experienced 2 problems
1 Apache crash

Apache crahsses while restarting or closing apache. After some waiting I am presented 2(!) times subsequentially with a dialog saysing that an error occured and that the programs needs to close. When I look in the problem report, I see that netapi32.dll is mentioned.
2 PHP CLI crash

When i use PHP via the command prompt, PHP executes the command, and when it finishes I get the same dialog from windows, saying that it needs to close blabla.
This problems occur even when I only do this: php -v
This is really annoying while working with pear...
Can someone help me out here? Thanks!
