apache doesn't start

I,
Hi use Wamp for a while but sometimes the apache doesn't start and I must unistall WAMP and install it again

is there any way to fix this?

do you use skype? skype uses the same port as apache. if that port is being used then apache will not start. make sure skype is not running when trying to start apache.

no...i'm not using skype..but how can i change the port?

try this... open your httpd.conf file, and find
listen 80

change it to
listen 81

save the file, and restart apace for the new settings to take effect. now try to start apache again.
