Other people cant see confused smiley

Sorry i``m not so good to english but i will try to explain.
The problem is, i can see my site [myip] but when other try they cant see itconfused smiley?
It worked yesterday but now it dosent work anymore.
Help

When you look at your tray icon (somewhere next to the time) you can see the WAMP icon when your server is loaded. when it's yellow or red php or mysql is not loaded.

If there is a lock in your WAMP icon de server only can be reached from de localhost (your onw computer)> When there is no lock in the icon your serer should be online.

I think that you' have to put your server online everytime you (re)start your computer. When your computer is off nobody can see the content at your server.

Well i have the same prob in the first day everyone can acess after that with alias modified to grant acess to all and wamp online no one can acess even me i can only acess by the localhost nothing else can anyone explain that?

i will make a new windows intalation to test it
