Some usual problem

Hi.. I hav installed WAMP5 on my pc havin Windows XP. Now when i execute [localhost] I get a prompt for a user name and a password. Well i dont know what they are. Secondle the phpadmin documentation tells to configure config.ini.php. I hav tried it, but cant understand what has to b done to start executing the usual html+php with mysql.. Pls help...
