Every browser crashes on startup on winsrv 2019

As the title says, every browser crashes when I want to launch localhost, PHPMyAdmin, any link from the wampserver system tray. With the original version 3.3.5 everything is ok. When I install update 3.3.6 this happens. System is windows server 2019.

Absolutely nothing has changed between 3.3.5 and 3.3.6 in terms of launching local sites and PhpMyAdmin.
For example, for localhost, it's always, in wampmanager.ini :
Type: item; Caption: "Localhost"; Action: run; FileName: "E:/Com/Net/Firefox/firefox.exe"; Parameters: 'http://localhost/'; Glyph: 27

This results in 'http://localhost/' being sent to the browser used by Wampserver.

And what exactly do you mean by "browser crashes"?

The moment I click on any item in the wampserver systray that should open the browser, a white screen appears for a moment and the browser shuts down. I tested several times, without updating 3.3.6 everything works as it should. this only happens with win server but not on win10 or win11. I also tried a clean install of windows server 2019, the same thing happens.

Look for errors in the event viewer.

What happens if you type 'http://localhost/' (without quotes) in the browser address bar?

If the browser is already open, everything open normally. If the browser is not already open, the browser crashes.

I don't understand what could be happening.

In the Event Viewer, clear the Windows Application and System Logs.

Via Wampserver, run 'localhost' to obtain a "crash", then check the Windows Application and System Logs for an error.

I already looked in the logs. There is nothing. I don't know what's going on. A very strange situation and only on the win server. I don't know what else to try. The only thing is that every time I first turn on the browser and then work in wamp.

Have you tried changing the default Wampserver browser:
Right-click -> Wamp Settings -> Wampserver Browser

Of course without starting the browser first.

I've tried with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge and even Internet Explorer and there's no problem.

Yes, edge and chrome crash, firefox opens only the white page, explorer only prints phpmyadmin without the credentials field.
