500 Internal with mod_rewrite enabled

Hi all,
I have just installed WAMP on my local Windows 11 machine.
When I open a web page on it, it shows a 500 Internal Server error.
If I disable mod_rewrite the error goes away.
Has anyone got any idea?

Hi,
There's a problem with the instructions for rewriting in the .htaccess file, or an Apache module is missing.
