Error after complete 7 successful loading wampserver localhost

Hi support peers

i have successfully installed wampserver v3.1.19 64bit (green icon) in my pc and download the files & database from my webserver.

When i try to open this website using an virtualhost i get this error message

Error: syntax error, unexpected 'array' (T_ARRAY), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST): syntax error, unexpected 'array' (T_ARRAY), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST)

I had removed the htaccess in the files folder.

Is this a issue with the php version??

In addition to the error message, it should also contain the file path and line number. You can locate the error location based on the latter two pieces of information, and then provide the code at that location to confirm whether it is a PHP version issue.
