WampServer

I was using WampServer's fine. But after installing openEMR I noticed it is not starting anymore. When I test port 80 it shows the following error

Your port 80 seems not actually used.
Unable to initiate a socket connection
Error number: 10060 - Error string: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Simply ask yourself the following question:
- Under what conditions did this problem occur?

The answer you've already given is: After installing openEMR!

So, the problem is the installation of openEMR, and it's at openEMR that you should ask the question.

This does not happen when I use any other virtual server. An additional error from state of services is:

State of services:

The service 'wampapache64' is NOT started
EXIT error code:1066
Help message for error code 1066 is:The service has returned a service-specific error code.

I am using wamp because of its stability on windows.

This is a typical error caused by another service starting Apache before Wampserver is started.

The openEMR installation either installed a service or started httpd.exe.
