I want to make a backup of WAMP Server and everything installed on it to move it to another PC.
How can I do?

As with all other software, you need to reinstall
Things to back up are, for example, the file wampmanager.conf (if wampserver is reinstalled in exactly the same path) the file httpd-vhosts.conf, the folders containing the various VirtualHosts and the MySQL data folder, provided you're using exactly the same version.

PC just turned on, zip the wamps64 folder, but there are files locked by services.
Although they are in "manual", they are all running and must be deactivated.
Then the zip works.

You should - however - remember to quit Wampserver BEFORE zipping the Wampserver folder.

After unzipping on the new PC, the registry is not populated and services are not created.

Services can be created via the Wampmanager menus, but the registry will not contain information essential to the correct operation of Wampserver.
