Your system is broken! It never ever, with over 100 attempts, sends the reset email that it says it does and it has been broken for over 5 years.

I had to create a new account, as was never able to use my existing account due to your lack of attention to these details.

Strange that only you complain about this! Could it have been that you either changed you email address or mis-spelt it on registration.

No of course not, it must be the tool they use here that is at fault
