WampServer

Hello me with this problem,
I was using WAMP 5 1.4.4 . I developed alot of applications using the same.
But today when I installed the latest version 5 1.6.3 , I have started having problem as follows

1. When I want to access folders or pages that I protected using php script session I am receving this error message

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /subsistence/approverfinal/< on this server.
Apache/2.0.55 (Win32) PHP/5.1.4 Server at localhost Port 80

OR

"; } if ($_SESSION['Class'] != "Accounts" { echo "
"; echo"Your are not authorised to access this area -You do not have enough privelages to access this area-LOGIN"; exit(); } ?>

SO HOW CAN I SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS???
