I have instal new version Wampserver 64 bit 3.2.6 and instal Wordpress 6.1.1.
Please tell me, how can I change charset from cp1252 West European (latin1) to charset UTF or charset latin2_czech_cs.
In program PHP myadmin shows cp1252 West European (latin1), and i have uncorect sign on my web.

This is an old version!
The last "full install" version is 3.3.0 with 3.3.1 update

PHPMyadmin shows the character set you declared when creating the database and the tables.
It's confusing, even weird since by default, PhpMyAdmin creates databases with the utf8 character set.
