Site after backup not showing ...

I wanted to express my gratitude to the moderator who helped me resolve the issues I was having with Wampserver. Although I saved the folder prior to uninstalling the site, I encountered an error while attempting to restore the backup using PHPmyadmin. Despite using the same name that I had created in the database, the link prompted me to reinstall the site and I also encountered a theme error.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I changed the "Hello" theme folder to "Twentytwenty" but encountered a new problem where the pages and posts were not visible in the WordPress dashboard and the site's CSS and HTML (pages and posts missing) content disappeared. However, I discovered that the content was still present in the database.

Thank you for your assistance.

The one and only reliable and permanent way to transfer a database from one MySQL version to another is to export/import it as a SQL file.
