That are Warning !! In no way can these warnings prevent the MySQL connection.
What's the point of me bothering to write the help that's right in front of you if you don't read it and go looking for some stupid suggestions.
Right-Click -> Help -> MariaDB - MySQL
Left-Click -> MySQL -> MySQL settings -> Explanations of sql_mode

It doesn't mean anything!
If the Wampmanager icon is green, it means that MySQL is working.
What exactly do you mean by "not able to connect WAMP"?
