The current encoding of "/lang/modules/settings_chinese.php" is UTF-8, but the correct one should be GB2313 or GBK. I hope this problem can be corrected.

It is recommended that language files can be hosted in public repositories such as github or gitlab.

Sorry, but the settings_chines.php file is well encoded GBK as you can see on this screenshot under Ultraedit. See the bottom of the screenshot, in the middle.

I use wampserver3_x86_x64_update3.2.6.exe to upgrade the existing version, or use wampserver3.2.6_x86.exe to fresh install, the file encoding of lang\modules\settings_chinese.php is confirmed to be not GBK/GB2312.
