can not open some icons from wamp5.1.6.3

Sorry, for silly question. This is my first experience with “wamp”. I follow all instructions how to download the program. However, after the installation, when I click on “local host” icon , or “php my admin” - it would tell me that the page can not be found. Also. When I was trying to test port 80, (under Apache services the program telling me that “ your port 80 is actually used (may be Skype).
Please, advise.

skype uses the same port as apache (80). if that port is being uses apache will not start. you can not connect to localhost or phpmyadmin until apache has started.
