WampServer

Hi everyone,

How do you get your project to link to your virtual host? My Virtual Host is there and working, but my project link is not clickable for the Localhost UI . I created the project folder first, and the link works from the virtual host, but the actual project (under your projects) just doesn't link? Any ideas? This is the latest version wampserver 3.2.?

It is well indicated under the list of projects :

These are your folders in c:\wamp\www\
To use them as an http link, you must declare them as VirtualHost

Projects are not clickable, only VirtualHost and aliases are clickable.

Only took a quick look but that like most WAMPServer stuff on the web is wrong/bad/unnecessary/nonsense

Totally in agreement with RiggsFolly.

All videos about Wampserver - except one or two - are strictly useless, or rather, they are used for :
- flatter the egocentricity of the designer,
- mislead the viewer,
- giving the wrong solutions

Moreover these videos are NEVER updated and most of them are about versions of Wampserver obsolete since a long time.

Why make a four minute video for a problem - which is not a problem - that can be solved with a maximum of ten lines of text.
