Hi,

It didn't work because you didn't read, and therefore didn't apply, the explanations related to the Aestan Tray Menu update. See item 22 of TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

The easiest way is to download Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.3.4 and run the executable as administrator.

For this update Aestan Tray Menu, you must be in version 3.2.3 of Wampserver, so:

- Verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
Do not use a previously loaded tool. Make a new download to make sure you are using the correct version.
To download missing packages, do not rely on Microsoft links, they are not reliable, download packages on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.

- If it is not already done, apply Update 3.2.3 to your version of Wampserver
Wampserver update 3.2.3

Thankyou, worked like a charm. I did look for and could not find the information you provided, so could not read. Great reply other than the sarcastic "please read" I understand it must be frustrating answering what must seem like stupid questions to you. It was not stupid to me.
Once pointed in the right direction I read and applied and all good now.

So these are the screenshots. I Reinstalled the new menu 3 or 4 times, admin mode, but the error is still there.


My laptop's date and clock are correct. Is anything I missed?

Which version of Windows?

Wasn't there this problem with Aestan Tray Menu previous versions 3.2.3.3?

This can be checked by going back to the previous version.
The update by the executable wamp3_x86_x64_aetray3.2.3.4.exe saves the existing version under the name wamp64\wampmanager3.2.3.3.exe
So rename wampmanager.exe to wampmanager3.2.3.4.exe then wampmanager3.2.3.3.exe to wampmanager.exe

Hi Otomatic,

Windows 10 Pro. There is no other issue with winamp, only those errors when trying to access right click/About.

I tried the switch, no error with 3.2.3.3, back to 3.2.3.4, error is back.

I am following this topic from here.

Since 3.2.3.4 I have the same problem when trying to open the about screen (right click wamp, about).

Running on Wampserver version 3.2.3

It's about an incorrect date/hour in France.

My PC has the Dutch date-time style. Maybe in the date-time formats there is some error?

Also in the new 3.2.3.5 the error is there...

Switching back to 3.2.3.3

Impossible to reproduce this error, even when triturating the date formats* in all directions.

We need more details:
- Version of Windows (Complete), for example
Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.19042.630]
- Windows 32 bit or 64 bit
- Aestan Tray Menu (Wampserver) 32 bit or 64 bit

*Dutch date-time style is the same as French.

In my case:
- Microsoft Windows Windows 10 Pro 2004 20251.1 [Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.27509.10291.0]
- Windows 64 bit
- Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.3.4 and 3.2.3.5 64 bit (Wampserver Version 3.2.4 - 64bit)

The error says 01/01/2020 doesn't correspond to a correct date and time (in French), but that date must be from the Aestan tray menu app, as my laptop current date is 30/11/2020.

Hi,

Could come from the Sdate0 to 9 values in the registry for the Scheduler information.

Please perform the following tests:
- Exit Wampserver
- Download the file https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/files/tools/scheduler_sdate_none.zip
- Unzip it to get the scheduler_sdate_none.reg file.
- Double-Click on the file to integrate it into the registry

Launch Wampserver and check About of course by having put back in place Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.3.5

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I installed all the Visual C ++ packages, I tried the last piece of advice to fix the date issue and the problem still occurs.

My system is Windows x64 20H2 with the latest patches.

I think I've found where this error came from, but that doesn't mean it will be fixed quickly.

The Windows items are translated from those of my French system.

In the Windows settings
- Time and language
- Date and Time
- Date, time and regional formatting
-- Modify data formats
--- Short date
If you choose something other than 05/04/2017, for example 05.04.17 or 05-04-17 there will be the error.

If for Short Date you set a format like 05/04/2017 you should have no more errors with Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.3.5
