Wordpress, unable to view pages

I need to view a single page on my old Wordpress site.

So here I am, installing WAMP, installing Wordpress, then importing the backup through updraft plus.

All goes well. Until I go to click a link on the website. Then I get this: [prntscr.com]

I tried googling until I am red in the face and all I seem to find is some garbage from 7 years ago about turning on rewrite in Apache. Yet rewrite is already active but turning it off leads to 404 errors which are equally as unhelpful as this crap.

Before you say it's bullshit, find out how to import WordPress correctly.
Wampserver is in no way responsible for the fact that WordPress writes its base url in the database.

Yeah, thanks.

I already got in to the database and changed the base URL. I am able to view the main website. It's every time I click a link, it leads to this WAMP page instead of giving me the page I am actually trying to look at.

Hi,
What is base url ?

Your local sites must use VirtualHost, as with all hosts, and WordPress is no exception to this rule.

See:
The need for Virtual Host
and
Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost
