I have set up a "clean" instance of WampServer64 as per your post on StackOverflow

I have created an A record in DNS for the virtual host named "ss"

Machines on the network are able to ping the server just fine.

[10.20.0.3] returns

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.41 (Win64) PHP/7.3.12 Server at 10.20.0.3 Port 80


I'm at wit's end trying to figure out why. This isn't the first time I've set up Wamp.

Any help you can suggest would be much appreciated.

I assume that all the other machines are also on the 10.20.0 subnet?

You might try changing to "Require all granted" just while you try and access from one of the other PC's if that works possibly thy are not all on the same subnet

No sir, not obvious at all! I've been trying to figure it out for days.

I can tell you that everything on the network resides in the 10.20.0 subnet including the routers.

Meanwhile, I'll test the Require all granted scenario anyway and report back.

Any other thoughts?

Can I ask for you to show how the DNS has been setup please.

Are there known issues with Trend Micro Security Agent?

When you have this

Where should I look next then?

BTW Trend Micro says it isn't providing firewall, and Win Defender Firewall is turned off.
