Inserting table error and FULLTEXT problem

Hi,
I have just installed WAMP 5 and all seemed good until i tried to insert a table into a new database, it wont let me insert a table with more than 2 fields, unless i add extra fields on afterwards!! If i try to create a table with more than 2 fields i get an error telling me i havent given the table a name. My next problem is that if i try to attatch a FULLTEXT index to any of the fields i get an error saying:
ALTER TABLE `test2` ADD FULLTEXT (
`id2`
)

#1214 - The used table type doesn't support FULLTEXT indexes
Any advice on these problems would be appreciated.

anyone get FULL TEXT indexes working yet? I've been trying to figure it out as well....
