Can you repair the mysql independent upgrade file? Windows 7 cannot be installed!

Hi
I use wampserver 3.2.3.3 in windows7 and go [wampserver.aviatechno.net] to download
"MySQL 5.7.31 64 bit x64" -> wampserver3_x64_addon_mysql5.7.31.exe
Installing it will display : This program does not support this version od Windows...
Could you please repair it , tks.

Hi,
The MySQL 5.7.31 addon can now be installed on Windows 7, but at your own risk.
Windows 7 is obsolete and no longer supported.
