Wampserver does not start

Hello
I've been using wampserver without problems for a few days now.
It stopped working today. Not even the icon appears in the systray.
I haven't installed any other programs that could affect its operation. In the event viewer the error message is:
AH00015: Unable to open logs

Thats a message from Apache (would have been useful information)
Is that the only message?
The normal thing that causes issues for apache is another app using port 80, I dont suppose you had started SKYPE before starting WAMPServer this morning did you?
