Hi,

Apache logs are the most normal thing to do.
It is the php and mysql logs that you have to look at.

This is the kind of problem you have to discuss with the web application provider, Magento.

It is totally impossible for Wampserver, which is only a web server, php, mysql like almost all hosts, to know the procedures and possible installation problems of thousands of web applications and hundreds of CMS.

In addition, web applications and CMS must be installed in a VirtualHost, as with all hosting providers.
