Page Can Not Be Displayed!!!!!

Hi,
I have installed wamp etc, started up the servers and when i access it via [127.0.0.1] or [localhost] it works fine, but its when people try and access it via my IP the error "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" comes up. I have no firewall installed at all, windows firewall is off, i have bypassed my router and i have also contacted my ISP about blocking port 80 and there is no trace, i am also using Windows XP PROFESSIONAL. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
