ok im sure its my router but i have forwarded all the ports needed on my router and my windows firewall even enabled DMZ try turning off my firewall but no succese no1 can view my site

What port are you running on? Do people have to put that port at the end of your IP address ie; IP

If you have a router or firewall you need to open port 80 to your computer
