WAMP4 PHP 4.3.x MySQL 4.0.x Apache 2 Download?

I visited the "Older Versions" link from the download page but I can't find WAMP4 on that site. Anybody know where I can find WAMP4 with MySQL 4.0.x Apache 2 and the PHP 4.3.x add-on?

Just donwload the PHP4 add-on and you'll have PHP4 on your WAMP (WAMP4 doesn't exist).
