Runs on webserver but not on WAMP

Hi i am trying to use this script on the WAMP server installed on my computer.
[www.evolt.org]

It is working very fine on my webserver but does not work on WAMP server.

Kindly help me and quide me what is missing in WAMP that i cannot run this locally.

make sure the script works with php5, and MySQL 5.0.

Yups! the script very well php5 and MySQL 5.0.

Do you think any sessions or cookies in any way be the problem.?
