WampServer v2.5 under Win10 64-bit. A project required upgrade of php to v7. After doing this, php_curl.dll fails to load with this message ...
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php7.1.10/ext/php_curl.dll' - The specified module could not be found.
I've tried the remedies described at ...

Can this be fixed in WAMP, or do I need to move to XAMPP or some other Apache/PHP installation package?

Hi,
Wampserver 2.5 is no more supported. There is no PHP 7 addons.
Use Wampserver 3.1.0.
