please start all your questions with the answers to ALL these questions. It at least gives us a bit of a clue about what version you are using.

NOTES

Making a site available to the universe can be dangerous unless you really know what you are doing.

If you are using a Windows Desktop OS, then you will only get a maximum of 30 external connections, its an OS limitation. So your visitors will be unlikely to get a good experience.
