phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in config.inc.php and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

what is the password for root? it wont let me open phpmyadmin and says that.

how do i get on it?

the is no set root password, leave it blank

example:

mysql_connect ('localhost', 'root', '');

Go to the phpmyadmin file and seartch the config.inc.php file

open it and change search for password smiling smiley

Rafael can you explain which part of config.inc.php should be changed? because when i search for password there is many "password" wordds which one do i need to change?
