localhost not showing

Hi,

I just installed wamp and when I try to run localhost the server times out after 30 seconds. The apache access log is completely empty. I use windows10 64-bit , wamp 3.0.4 64 bit, php 7.0.4, apach 2.4.18 and mysql 5.7.11. The icon is green
