WampServer

Hi for all! Answers to the questions:
1 - Windows 7 32bit. I don't know what does it mean, but in command line I read "Version 6.1.7601"
2 - WampServer 2.5 32bit
3 - Apache Version : 2.4.9
4 - PHP Version : 5.5.12
5 - MySQL Version 5.6.17
6 - The color of the WampServer is green
7 - Bottom lines in the hosts file
127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
8 - Yes I have access to the Home page
9 - Yes I have access to phpMyAdmin.
10 - Error in browser "Error: PHP is not running".
11 - IAvast
12 - C:\wamp\

I created the folder "Test" in "www". I upload there some php file, but when I tried to run it, I got the error "Error: PHP is not running". Localhost work good. I can open phpinfo file through browser [localhost] but if I try to open the same phpinfo file in the "www" folder I got the problem. So , what is the reason of the problem? php or virtual host setting? I don't know. Please help me
