After successful wamp server installation when i try to create the mysql database it shows duplicate column name errors

while i install mysql database in wampserver
i.e
localhost\booked\web\install
in the 1st page it asks for installation password
2nd page it asks for database username & password
I checked create database booked & create sample data
after that i'm getting this error

This is an Application issue.

There is nothing about this problem that is directly related to WAMPServer.

If you application fails you, contact the people that wrote your applicatin
