WampServer

I have WAMP server(2.5) setup running on windows 7 machine. Now we received a request to migrate it from windows 7 t0 windows server 2012 R2. Can someone please let me know the highlevel plan for this migration.
I am planning to use new/latest version of WAMP version on windows server 2012R2

Or you can upgrade 2.5 to 3.0.3 and then apply ADDONS to get to 3.0.6
