Install wamp

Greetings:
I have had wamp 2.2, I am going to remove it and install wamp 3.0.6.
I copied my www already , the folder in which contains my joomla websites.
I also copied data folder, the holder of tables to those dynamic website.
The question is this:
If I install wamp 3.0.6 and then I copy and paste the contents of those two folders into www and data folders
of the new wamp, Will everything works fine? Did I not miss something in between?
