The problem on windows server 2003

i installed wamp on my vps.the os is windows server 2003.When i finished installing,i can access my website from other computers.but after a few hours,i can't.And i connect to my vps.found everything is Ok.the status of wamp is still online.But i just can't access it anymore.Can anyone help me?
