How to automatically synchronise local database table data to server database table?

Only manually with export/import.

Is there any option like linked servers in sql??

There are other options, and they are all documented in the MYSQL manual.

However they are complex and not something we would provide support for here.

I am assuming if you have to ask such a general question, you do not know enough about MYSQL to consider these.

Forgive me I am not trying to be unpleasant.
