Well you mention that the wampmanager icon is Orange.
This means that one of the services Apache(wampapache) or MySQL(wampmysqld or wampmysqld64) have not started.
I think we can assume it is Apache that has not started as you say MySQL is working.
It could be a number of things but first lets make sure you have all the required MSVC Runtimes installed,
see this post and note that you need the MSVC 2008(32bit) runtime installed as well as the 64bit one as wampmanager.exe is a 32bit app and uses that runtime even on 64bit Windows.
I note you do not mention the answers to
6(a) or 6(d) so have you looked at the WINDOWS EVENT VIEWER for message from APACHE?
If so what were they? If not please do and tell us what they say if you cannot work out what is wrong yourself!
