How can i change Wamp Home Page?

I'd like to set a picture about my project in Wamp Home page, just to anyone who access without full URL address see the projects that i manage.

It is a very bad idea giving external access to localhost.

Like any page of a website. It's wamp/www/index.php, but it will be at your own risk*. This page is WampServer homepage i.e. 'localhost' and 'localhost' should remain only local.

* This means that you will have no information to change the home page of Wampserver. Nevertheless, it is a php file without any protection that you can modify to your liking.
