WAMPAPACHE64 SERVICE IS NOT INITIALIZED

gentlemen,

I have a wampserver installed on my not, only the service on windows wampapache64 is not initialized and when I try to boot from the windows even generate the error below

Windows could not start the wampapache64 service on Local Computer.



Error 1058: The service can not be started because it is disabled or has no enabled devices associated.

My windows is 64 and the version of my Apache is 2.4.9


if I go on the shortcut icon for the wampserver the same only is the Orange color. I clicked the option to test port 80 and is stating the following:

80 is for your Actually USE BY

Server: Apache / 2.2.12 <win32> DAV / 2 mod_ssl / 2.2.12 OpenSSL / 0.9.8k mod_autoindex_ color PHP / 5.3.0 mod_operl / 2/0/4 Perl / v.5.10.0

I have done according to the instructions below

and still can not.

It looks to me as though you have another Apache running on your PC.

Is that true?

Is that expected?
