I wanted to install WAMP with php7 but not this available for download

We must - still - to show a little common sense and logic and make some small cerebral efforts.
When you click on the Wampserver 3 download links on page http://www.wampserver.com/ it appears a popup with a link "Go to direct download," which sends you on https://sourceforge.net/projects/wampserver/files/ and there, just click on Wampserver 3 then Wampserver 3.0.0 to access all files to download.
It's still not a big deal!
Upon discharge, it is true that the secondary deposit is much better organized than the SourceForge repository.

There are :
