WampServer

Noob question/mistake:

I added a User upon opening phpMyAdmin with the same privileges as the User: Root. However I selected "remove all privileges and delete user" when finished.

I can login with the added User I created but I can't seem to create new users and I don't have privilege to create a database.

Can someone shed some light on how I should proceed?

It is because you don't give GRANT privileges to your user.

You tell me, there are some that suppress the PHP version used in CLI mode!
