WAMP 5161 stop to work with AntiVir 7 PE

I've installed on my Win XP HE WAMP 5161 and all works fine untile i've install AntiVir 7 PE, after the installation WAMP stop to work.
i start all service select localhost from popup menu and nothing happens! :-(
no phpMyAdmin start no splash page of WAMP appear...
only if I remove AntiVir 7.0 all works fine
any suggestions?
