Not running

I installed wamp, and apache wont run,
( i think its apache)
it says one of 2 services running.
and the gauge at the bottom is yellow.

Whats wrong with it?
I hit the install service button for apache and my sql no luck,

I have to exit both Skype and any IM applications that listen on Port 80. Then I can install Apache as a service and get all services running.
