First I've uninstalled 2.5 version that work fine. I'd executed as an administrator.
And show me this:

El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll en el equipo. Intente reinstalar el programa para corregir este problema.

Missing:
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

I just read all requirements and preinstall all Microsoft visual c++ redistributable that you recommend and can't I run wamp.

I have Windows 7 64 bits and I uninstall this version and downloaded 64 bits version and still showing same error.
